such a great find! the owners were really lovely, and i felt so welcome when i arrived. the room was super comfy with a nice mini fridge and a dressing table that helped me with my makeup. breakfast was def a highlight, kat's veggie options were spot on, and everything was made fresh. i loved how quiet it was compared to other places in town, made for a really nice stay.
only complaint is that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times and the shower pressure could've been better.

Cozy spot with great breakfast
We stayed for 2 nights and had a cozy double room. The tea selection was so nice, and breakfast was a hit! Loved their full English, eggs perfectly cooked—no runny whites! The room was clean but a bit small for our liking. The owner's super friendly, and the free parking was a plus! Just a bit of a walk to the beach.

We booked a double room which was surprisingly spacious and quiet. The breakfast was huge, generous portions and the owners were so friendly, made us feel at home.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but overall, worth the price.

Lea Hurst's breakfast was a full-on feast! I couldn't get enough of the freshly cooked options. Plus, the hosts were super accommodating, making us feel right at home. My room was cozy, topped with a mini fridge—ideal for my tea stash!
The decor could use a bit of a facelift—some curtains were askew and there was a cheeky spider hanging out. But honestly, it just added to the character of the place!
